Persian Herb Frittata (Kuku Sabzi)
Kookoo Sabzi is a dish packed full of fresh herbs that are all finely hand chopped and mixed in with eggs and spices.
Kookoo is a word in Farsi usually used to describe vegetarian dishes & sabzi means herbs in Farsi.
This works great as a tasty sandwich ingredient but can also be served along with saffron rice or saffron rice with dill and broad beans.

INGREDIENTS
Spring Onion, Dill, Chives, Parsley, Coriander, Rapeseed Oil, Egg, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Salt.

STORAGE
Keep frozen below -18°c. Once defrosted, store below 5°c. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 5-6 minutes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Best cooked from frozen. Cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Ensure that food is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
OVEN FROM FROZEN
Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid. Place on baking tray. Preheat oven at 200℃/180℃ Fan/Gas 6 and cook for 12 minutes.
MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN
Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (850W). Stand for 2 minutes.
